Tofurkey--and it was good

It's so easy to make I don't want to talk about it, lest it diminish my efforts to put together THE Thanksgiving meal.

I can get it only at Whole Foods, in my neck of the woods. I'd love to get it at other stores because I'm sure the price would go down for this meal. I often feel gouged, well, a wee bit, whenever I go into a Whole Foods.
