This is what happens when a lady in a Landrover, decides that she jutted into an intersection too far, and needs to backup, without looking in her rear view mirror and seeing that I'm there! Her Landrover beat up my Taurus. Two miles per hour will probably cost me at least $250 deductable and will probably cost my insurance company and her insurance company a lot more, perhaps 10 times more.
My hood is all bent, there's a gash in my front bumper, and the front grill of the car was pushed back a few inches.
Landrover versus Ford.
I'm glad nobody was hurt. It could have been much worse. But,I leaned on my car horn for what seemed like 15 seconds or even more, and she still continued to back up!
That's what hurts. Most people hit the brakes when they hear a horn blaring behind them. Nope. Not even a tap. The only thing that stopped her from keeping going was feeling that there was something stopping her---yeh---me and my car!
But, I'm sure I'll feel the pain of increased premiums.
That's going to just piss me off all over again about this accident, that happened just about two hours ago.

Landrovers belong in the country not the city nor the burbs.
